The litter box is very large and of excellent quality. My furry kid loves it! Even before putting in any litter, she went in to check it out. I love the design of switching between enclosed mode and open mode, very flexible. The free litter scoop is also very useful!

The quality is really great! I’ve bought many litter boxes before, but none were as good as this one! It’s super large, and the material is excellent—not the soft, flimsy plastic, but sturdy and supportive. The height is just right to prevent litter from spilling out. It’s truly impressive—this is the first time I’ve found a litter box of such high quality!

Finally, a litter box with a high entrance and flap door that stops any bits of litter falling out. Very good design.

I have emailed Pet Besty and received no response to my complaint below.
When my order arrived I discovered that there was no lid with the litter box. I checked the order confirmation email and found that my order was for ‘Open Style - No Lid and Teaser Toy / Cheese Yellow’. This in itself was confusing as I wanted the complete box.
As a consequence I placed a second order, this time for the lid with an attached flap door - as per the website's photograph. This was order number #7569.
The lid has now arrived, however it has no ‘flap door’.
As you can imagine what was intended to be a simple purchase has become a very frustrating one where I have paid shipping twice and have not yet received what I paid for.
Could you please respond to my email and send me the “flap door” which should have arrived with the lid I ordered, as per your picture.
