PLEASE NOTE*

Please use an adapter with an output power of 5V=1A or 5V=2A to charge the lithium battery box. Using a lower-output adapter may significantly reduce the battery's single-use runtime under the same charging time.
The lithium battery box requires a minimum of 8 hours for a full charge.
The 40-45 days of extended battery life is achievable only in sensor mode.
- Sensor mode: In sensor mode, the water dispenser automatically dispenses water. It starts when the pet approaches and stops when the pet leaves to save power. In this mode, with a single pet's usage, the water dispenser is expected to last 40-45 days.
- Standard mode: The water dispenser provides continuous water flow after powering on. Please note that in standard mode, with continuous water supply, the battery box is expected to last for 2 days. Therefore, it is recommended to use the power cord when using the standard mode.
Please soak filter for at least 2 minutes prior to use.
If you want the water dispenser to work wirelessly all the time, we suggest customers buy an extra battery and charge the batteries in turn.

I find I am re-filling up the water every few days or so, maybe they are all drinking more.. but I don’t mind! It’s cleaner water and the filter catches all the hair which is great. This is the best pet water dispenser I have ever purchased, and both of my cats love it. They are drinking more water than usual. It works very well and I'd recommend it. But, my moggy is not taken with it. She is not amused by the LEDs which light up when motion is detected. Have removed it for a while and will return it with the water level / LED window taped up. Also, I think that she may like the water from the pump to be a tad higher. Will persevere. Certainly recommend the product. It functions very well and looks to be high quality. Think that a very young cat may take to it more quickly than a somewhat timid 7 year old.
