This is the second time! As soon as I received it the first time it didn’t work and they sent another one. (August 2024) It worked for a couple of months and now the same issue. (Nov 2024) Both times the water is not pumping hard enough to come up. And yes there is water in the tank as you can see. Plus the stainless steel bit is like peeling off and therefore I had to change the water everyday (when it was working) so that my cat is not sick from whatever is coming from the peel/stainless steel. To top it all, I have sent Petbesty SEVERAL emails regarding this fountain (since Nov) and absolutely no response. This fountain including refills were more than $100 and it worked for only 2.5 months so that’s should be off market specially if the stainless steel is releasing something toxic. I will be taking this to consumer ombudsman.

a year after buying its started making a super loud noise like its empty when its full, so now i have to buy a new fountain as this isn't ideal being so loud.

It works, but they take months to restock filters and batteries on their website. But when they do restock, they're restocked individually, which can be frustrating as I'd like to buy both in one go. I'm left with a useless fountain and have been waiting for SO long. Reached out to customer service but was ignored.

Cat fountain. Quiet as described. But we need to reset regularly as it stops and sensor does not work. Once reset, with the power in/off button, it works for a week and need to same again.

It's a very nice product. Design is lovely, and emits very low noise volume. Only one of our four cats has taken to using it, but I think it's less to do with the product and more to do with our cats personalities.

I am really pleased with my pet water fountain. Both my two cats and small dog are using it. Took a couple of days for them to really get used to it, but I think now that they have they enjoy it. I find I am re-filling up the water every few days or so, maybe they are all drinking more.. but I don’t mind! It’s cleaner water and the filter catches all the hair which is great. Happy with my purchase: )

Our kitten loves his water fountain. It's silent & the sensor mode is amazing. It turns on as soon as there's motion not far away. Battery is a great option for those not wanting cords lying around.

This is the best pet water dispenser I have ever purchased, and both of my cats love it. They are drinking more water than usual. After the 12-hour battery charge and setting it to sensor mode, the dispenser has been continuously working for three weeks now. The wireless design is very convenient, I can use it anywhere. Very satisfied with this product.

It works very well and I'd recommend it.
But, my moggy is not taken with it. She is not amused by the LEDs which light up when motion is detected. Have removed it for a while and will return it with the water level / LED window taped up. Also, I think that she may like the water from the pump to be a tad higher. Will persevere.
Certainly recommend the product. It functions very well and looks to be high quality.
Think that a very young cat may take to it more quickly than a somewhat timid 7 year old.

This wireless fountain works very well, SO easy to clean and so quiet.
I have purchased two of these fountains, the first impressed me enough to order a second. My dog and cat absolutely loved them, they drank more water than ever before. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this product.

This item works great and very quiet. My furbaby absolutely prefers the fountain to typical water bowl, she drinks more water than before.
It's easy to clean and use. With two batteries, only have to recharge once every 4 weeks! Really happy with wireless design, I can place it everywhere. Will reorder this item when it's back in stock.

The water fountain is fantistic, zero noise , easy to assemble and easy to wash. I can move it anywhere because it's wireless and rechargeable. The battery is really long lasting! I've been using it for over 4 weeks since I first charged it up and started it, it's still working fine.
It is so quiet when it's on that is very important to me. My cat likes to sit beside the fountain and watching the water comes out the tray. Apparently my cat is drinking more water.
